I wish I could do this wedding justice in these few words…
Disappointingly, I can’t.
The people, the farm, the weather, It was just brilliant. All of it.
I woke up and started to shoot as the sun rose, and kept shooting untill 3.25am.
I think I shot something close to 5000 photos…
So Ive had to bite my lip a number of times in order to keep the number of photos down in this post…
I think drawing attention to myself is a pretty poxy thing to do…
But in this instance, I would love to share with you an email I received from David just yesterday…
it read-
‘G’day Michael,
Just wanted to say a very big thank you for the slideshow that you sent to
Lyn. I must be honest, if it were up to me, you probably wouldn’t have got
the gig that day, for no other reason, other than the cost. I didn’t have a
clue how important the photographing of a wedding is !!!.
I do now.
It was Lyn who insisted as she knows what to look for in a good
photographer.
…and you are a good, no, brilliant photographer.
I cannot tell you how wonderful a job you have done on the slideshow & on
the other pictures we have seen so far. I am really looking forward to
seeing the whole thing.
I am so impressed by the way you have captured the whole day & the feeling
of the people who attended.
Like I said in my speech, you have made us feel like “rockstars”
Well done & thank you very much.
Cheers
David Stevenson’
